Cancellation Policy

  • 12-hour notice required.

  • Late cancellations = 40% charge.

  • 2+ late cancellations = prepayment required.

No Show Policy

  • Charged $50 of price and prepayment required moving forward 

Late Arrival

  • 15 Minute Grace Period

  • Please text or call if you will be late.

  • After 15 Mins, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will be charged no show fee of $50.

  • Sessions end at scheduled time, full price charged.

Harassment Policy

  • Zero tolerance for misconduct.

    Immediate termination + full session charge if violated.

  • Cash, card (4% fee), Cash App & Venmo, HSA/FSA

    • General wellness: every 4 weeks

    • Chronic conditions: every 2–4 weeks

    • Injury or physical relief recovery: every 1–2 weeks

    • Shower within 3 hours of appointment.

    • Wear loose, comfortable clothing post-session.

    • Undress to comfort level—professional draping always provided.
